FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How has COVID-19 impacted processing of orders?

We are still processing orders. Processing times may vary due to COVID-19 precautions. Please allow 3-5 days for your orders to be processed although in most cases processing will be completed in shorter time frames. 

How are orders shipped?

We pride ourselves on shipping items as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped through USPS. Delivery times may vary due to delays with local carriers. *Please note that USPS is currently experiencing longer delays in shipping times.

Do you accept refunds or exchanges?

If your product was delivered to you damaged or with error, we provide a full refund or exchange. Please provide proof of purchase and order information to sales@sankofasoccerculture.com 

If you would like to make an exchange, you will be responsible for returning item via mail before an exchange can be authorized. We will not accept exchanges for items that have been worn or used.

Do you have youth/kids sizes available?

We currently have youth/kids hoodies available! The heading of the product will indicate "Youth" on all items specifically for youth/kids. Please be sure to refer to the sizing chart at the bottom of the item description. We are in the process of adding more inventory for youth/kids!

*If your child's clothing size typically runs larger, please check the sizing chart on our Adult items to see if they may be a better fit.

What are the dimensions of your shirts?

Please refer to the description section for our shirts. At the bottom of the description you can find a size chart displaying dimensions. We are not responsible for sizing errors made due to failure of chart review.

What are your product care instructions?

For best wear, turn garment inside out before washing. Wash with cold water and mild detergent on gentle cycle. Do not use fabric softener. Lay garment on flat surface to dry or tumble dry with low heat. Failure to follow care instructions could result in damage to item.
